An intimate 1940's style theater setting with sound, stage, and lighting for your more unique and special events that require an elegant space with all the amenities to make your production, workshop, showcase, salon, meeting, or event a successful one.
Our theater now offers theatrical screenings and presentations with our state of the art 16 foot projection and sound system. This elegant space come with an electric baby grand piano for your special event! And yes, it's always in-tune!

The total square footage is approx 800 square feet,
Seats up to 50 people.
Parking is very good on street and behind the theater,
We have a small lobby and backstage green room area,
Quiet air conditioning,
The Stage is12ft wide by 14ft deep,
The ceiling height is 10ft,
The raised stage is approximately 9 inches from the ground,
The acoustics are AMAZING!
SERVICES & RATES
$150 per hour and includes House Manager.
Negotiated rates for multiple shows that are pre-booked and rehearsals.
HD Professional 3D Video Projection System with a 16-foot screen and surround sound system w/4K 3D Blue Ray player.
Include DMX controlled stage lighting with 5 fixtures (multi-color) and programmable.
Full PA Sound system with mis and stands: $50 per hour.
With estroom and backstage area /green room / makeup area.
Baby Grand Piano: $50 per hour
Piano player $75 per hour
Lighting person: $50 per hour
Sound person: $50 per hour
Cleaning Fee Deposit: $150
No returns on deposits or fees. All sales are final.
Any extra charges will be charged on the same day of your event to your credit card on file.
HIGH DEFINITION VIDEO PRODUCTION MARKETING
*We can produce a professional promotional video for your event in HD with sound and lighting and also record and document exit poll interviews with feedback from your audience. Call for pricing.
